AFSON Developers formally announced its arrival on the national real estate landscape with the grand launch of THE AFSONS ONE, held at the Islamabad Serena Hotel before an audience of investors, business leaders, partners, and members of the press.
The evening marked two beginnings at once. It introduced AFSON Developers as a new name in Pakistani real estate, and it revealed THE AFSONS ONE, the first project in what the company describes as a deliberate, long term portfolio of developments across the twin cities.
AFSON Developers is backed by a family group that has operated in Rawalpindi and Islamabad for more than forty years. The group built its standing across footwear manufacturing, hospitality, and building materials, supplying some of the most recognized names in the country while remaining largely behind the scenes. AFSON marks the moment the family builds under its own name.
Guests of the evening
The event was graced by distinguished guests from the corporate and business community. Mr. Ali Murtaza Abbas, Regional Vice President Middle East, Africa and Pakistan, MOL Group, and Mr. Muhammad Zaheer, Secretary, IBECHS, Gulberg Greens Islamabad, attended as chief guests. Mr. Sardar Tahir Mehmood, President, Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, attended as guest of honour. Their presence underscored the confidence of the capital's business leadership in the project and the vision behind it.
The partners on stage
The formal proceedings brought each of the project's partners to the stage. Mr. Sheikh Arham Amjad, Chairman of Gold Brick Realtors and Developers, the official sales and marketing partner of THE AFSONS ONE, shared insights into the project, its investment potential, and the opportunity it presents. Mr. Shahzad Khan, CEO of Develoscape Architects and Consultants, the design partner, walked the audience through the architectural vision and design philosophy of the development. Mr. Hammad Saeed, CEO of Revolt, the media partner of AFSON Developers, presented insights into the brand development and media strategy shaping AFSON's identity and its arrival in the market.
The evening concluded with a note of thanks from Mr. Abubakar Sheikh, Managing Director of AFSON Developers.

The launch evening featured a legacy film tracing the group's journey from cottage scale manufacturing in the 1980s to its present standing, a cinematic reveal of the project, and remarks honoring family patriarch Haji Muhammad Ashraf, whose work laid the foundation for the group's growth.
